c) Uploaded Images
🔒 We do NOT permanently store your uploaded QR code images.
Images are processed in memory for scanning purposes only and are immediately discarded after the URL is extracted. We never save, share, or sell your images.
d) Payment Information
Payment details are processed by Polar (our payment processor) and Stripe (Polar’s underlying processor). We never have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details.

- Provide the Service: Process QR code scans and deliver results.
- Manage your account: Authentication, plan management, usage tracking.
- Process payments: Handle billing through Polar/Stripe.

- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Uploaded images: Not stored. Processed in memory and immediately discarded.

- Payment records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).

- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management (via Clerk).
